• Platform policy changes, account suspensions, or ad disapprovals are outside our control;

• Active campaigns may continue running until officially paused or terminated.

Clients remain responsible for outstanding advertising charges incurred before cancellation.

8. Website & Hosting Related Services

If website optimization, hosting, maintenance, or development services are canceled:

• Completed work remains billable;

• Domain, hosting, plugin, software, or third-party licensing fees may not be refundable;

• Clients are responsible for maintaining backups and account access after termination.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information;

• Respond to communication requests in a timely manner;

• Pay outstanding balances before cancellation completion;

• Maintain compliance with advertising platform policies and applicable laws.

Delays caused by missing client information or approvals may affect cancellation timelines.
