2. Nature of Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital marketing and custom development services, most services provided by Nerds Squad FZ are non-returnable once work has started, delivered, scheduled, or approved.

Digital services involve:

• Time investment;

• Strategic planning;

• Technical implementation;

• Creative work;

• Advertising setup;

• Software usage;

• Third-party expenses.

Therefore, traditional product returns may not apply to our services.

3. Refund Eligibility

5. Advertising & Google Ads Refunds

For Google Ads and paid advertising services:

• Advertising spend paid to Google, Meta, or other platforms is non-refundable;

• Campaign performance cannot be guaranteed;

• Platform policy decisions are outside our control;

• Ad disapprovals, account suspensions, or traffic fluctuations do not qualify for refunds.

Clients remain responsible for all advertising charges incurred before cancellation or termination.

6. Website Development & Design Refunds

For website-related services:

• Deposits and initial setup fees may be non-refundable;

• Refunds are not available for completed design, development, or approved revisions;

• Custom-coded work, purchased assets, themes, plugins, or third-party licenses may not qualify for refunds.

Once project files, designs, or website access are delivered, the project may be considered fulfilled.

7. Subscription & Recurring Services

Recurring marketing or maintenance services may renew automatically according to the agreed billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.

Failure to cancel before renewal may result in additional charges that may not be refundable.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Refund delays or denials may occur if project delays are caused by missing client information, approvals, or communication.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Nerds Squad FZ before initiating:

• Chargebacks;

• Payment disputes;

• Banking disputes.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate service suspension;

• Account termination;

• Legal recovery actions where permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nerds Squad FZ shall not be liable for:

• Business losses;

• Revenue reduction;

• Advertising performance changes;

• Search engine ranking fluctuations;

• Third-party platform actions;

• Technical interruptions;

• Delays caused by external providers.

All services are provided based on professional best practices without guaranteed outcomes.
