Clients are responsible for:

• Maintaining compliance with platform advertising policies;

• Avoiding prohibited or misleading advertisements.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services involving restricted, illegal, misleading, or policy-violating content.

6. Payments & Billing

Clients agree to:

• Pay all invoices and service fees on time;

• Provide accurate billing information;

• Maintain valid payment methods where applicable.

Late or unpaid invoices may result in:

• Service delays;

• Campaign suspension;

• Account restrictions;

• Additional administrative fees.

All payments made for completed work, advertising spend, consultation, or custom services may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

10. Confidentiality
